Link Up, Vol. I

Happy Valentine's day, ya'll

I thought I'd join in on the "fun," with all things love, hearts, and red here on the blog today—but in my own way of course. Here's a little link love from all over the web—from what I've been up to (and who I've been meeting), to what I'm currently listening to on repeat. Enjoy!

  • Did you catch SJP on the Wendy Williams Show this week? Watch here for the details on the next SATC movie, her new shoe line, which hits Nordstrom February 28th, and more
  • Only Tiffany Battle of The Werk! Place can make fifty shades of grey look so good. Be sure to check out her blog for her killer NYFW outfits.
  • Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen's label Elizabeth and James recently launched twin (cute, right?) fragrances Nirvana Black and Nirvana White—similar packaging, completely different scents, and both so good. I might be late to the party, but I'll definitely be trying this one, available exclusively at Sephora
  • I'm so over the weather in New York as of late, I can't even tell you—snow is only "pretty" when you're inside with no place to be, folks. Don't believe the hype. There's nothing glam about it!
  • ...and with that being said, Zara's spring lookbook gives me hope that the longest winter ever will soon come to an end.
  • Another thing that's making really happy? This article about being single in your twenties. It's definitely a must-read.
  • Speaking of being single, my (single) girlfriends and I are off to see "About Last Night" tonight. What are your plans? Tell me, I want to know
  • Okay, so the other night, I had a "pinch me" moment when I met Angela Simmons (*squeals*) at her Shop Angela I Am presentation. She's such an inspiration.
  • Oh, I also met Zendaya (love her!), Adrienne Bailon, Mr. BET himself Bow Wow, Diggy Simmons, Beyonce's stylist Ty Hunter, Jermaine Dupri, Juelz Santana and his wifey Kimbella, and model Shaun Dross, among others. Pinch me, I tell you.
  • This Valentine's Day-friendly cocktail had me at "Moscato." Head over to Glitter Guide to get the recipe for this pretty pink concoction
  • Music is a huge part of my life—anyone that knows me can tell you I'm always listening to something. Lately, though, I've been hooked on Revenge of the Dreamers by J Cole, and Fabolous' Soul Tape III. I listen to a little bit of everything, in case you were wondering.

And that concludes this weeks Link Up. Hope you have a great three-day weekend, and don't forget to join me
